Since children's development, is CCIS essential mission and encouraging reading capabilities, are considered to be a very important goals, CCIS implements the "Ginn Reading Program". Therefore, a book will be sent home to be read by you to your child on a daily basis. Please take every opportunity to show him/her that you care, as daily reading is very helpful and useful in this initial stage to help encourage good reading habits that lead to better reading fluency and comprehension.
Guidelines for parents :
- Show the cover page
- Read the title
- Track the words from right to left
- Test understanding by asking questions like (who, what, where, why).
- Encourage looking at books and finding known words.
- Emphasis the sound of letters as this helps with reading and spelling.
Any donated books, CDs, and movies, to enrich our library, will be shared and used among all the students. We greatly appreciate any kind of donations that will help enhance the educational experience of our students.

The Hand Writing Without Tears Program is a simple developmentally-based method of teaching that makes handwriting easy to learn. It is used all over the school’s departments to help our students learn better penmanship effortlessly.

Computer of Every Child Campaign |
The Creative Children International School has launched the “ Computer for every Child Campaign." Through this campaign, we aim to have mini computer labs in every single classroom, which provide our students daily access and use of computers & internet access inside the classrooms. Additionally, the mini computer lab offers daily practice of reading and reading comprehension skills using animated and educational software.
Under the supervision of the Educational Specialist and the Computer Teacher, we intend to help our students learn basic IT skills throughout the academic years and reaching the goals of
- Proficiency in using the Internet and Microsoft programs
(Word, PowerPoint)
- Proficiency in Reading / Writing skills
