INFORMATIVE LETTER
May & June, 2012
Dear Parents,
Our year has come to an end. We have made more cherished memories and many more new friends (parents and students). We watched your child learn and grow and change from day to day. We hope that all the things we have done have developed in some small way. We thank all of you for your co-operation and support which enabled us to complete the year peacefully and successfully.
This letter is to inform you of the important dates in the months of May and June 2012.
- May 20th till May 24th , English Assessment Week
- Our last IEP Parents / Teachers meeting on June 7 th, 2012 : We encourage you to attend the meeting and discuss with teachers your child's progress, strengths and weaknesses and get End of Year Reports.
- On Monday June 11th, 2012: it will be the last day for all the students.
Notes:
- Saturday May 12th 2012 has been rescheduled as an Off Day for students. It will be a working day for teachers only.
- For Kuwaiti parents: please sign the Higher Council registration paper found in an envelope in your child’s bag as soon as possible.
- Whoever has a new Disability certificate for his child, please send it to school
Announcement:
Summer program will start from 24th of June 2012 and till 30th of July 2012 (6 weeks) from Sunday to Thursday. During the program, the following subjects will be given: English/Arabic Language, Handwriting and Fine motor skills, Computer skills, Speech therapy, P.E., Swimming, and Field Trips. (Details will be sent to you in a separate letter).
